Emergency Fund Grant Application: Forest Fire
Note: Priority will be given to Catholic organizations within the Archdiocese of Santa Fe and to those who have previously received grants from us.
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION
Because this form cannot be saved, we advise that you pre-write your summaries in Word or other text edit document and then copy and paste it into this form. There is a limit of 1,000 characters (approx. 225 words) for the Request summary, and a limit of 500 characters (approx. 80 words) each for the purpose and outcome summary and the population served summary. Each organization may apply up to a maximum of $5,000. If you have any issues filling out this form or questions about the application, please contact Michele at 505-872-2901.
If your organization is selected, we will be issuing your grant money via wire transfer. Michele will email you more information once the selections have been made. Thank you.
